Ingredients

  • 250 g beef tenderloin / cut into long sticks
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 15 g garlic
  • 15 g ginger
  • 1 onion / slice
  • 2 tomato / comb cut

Others

  • Free coriander
  • 100 g French fries
  • Free cooked rice

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the beef in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin for 15 minutes.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef. Cook until the surface is cooked.
  • Add the garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes. Stir fry on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Add the marinade juice and coriander. Stir. Season to taste.
  • Add cooked French fries. Stir.
  • Serve with rice.
    Finish.
