Instructions
Marinate the beef in soy sauce, vinegar, salt, pepper and cumin for 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the beef. Cook until the surface is cooked.
Add the garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes. Stir fry on high heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add the marinade juice and coriander. Stir. Season to taste.
Add cooked French fries. Stir.
Serve with rice.
