Recipe of Roman Style Pollo alla cacciatora

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 15 g garlic
  • 300 g chicken

  • 1/2 onion / chopped
  • 1/2 carrot / chopped

  • 75 g olive
  • 15 g capper
  • 100 g favorite mushroom
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 2 rosemary
  • 2 laurel leaves

  • Free salt
  • Free pepper

Instructions
 

  • Stir fry garlic and chicken in olive oil. Until the color changes.
  • Add the onions and carrots. Until you like it.
  • Add olive, capper, favorite mushroom, white wine, rosemary, laurel leaves, salt and pepper. Mix. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Adjust the taste with salt and pepper .
    Finish.

Notes

・The wine I used is dry and medium bodied.
・There are many recipes using vinegar, but the one I omitted was my preference.
