Stir fry olive oil, chicken, onion, garlic and ginger. Until the color changes.
Add thyme, red pepper, cinnamon powder, cumin and garam masala. Mix.
Add tomato, potato, coriander, white wine, sugar, chicken stock cube, salt, pepper and rosemary. Mix. Cover when boiling. Cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Add water as needed.Finish.
