Ingredients
  

  • 300 g chicken thigh / bite size / favorite part
  • 75 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1/2 onion / slice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 0.1 g saffron/ 1 tbsp soak in water for 30 minutes
  • Free yogurt / I'm unused

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything. Mix well.
  • Cool in the refrigerator overnight.
  • Chicken is skewered and grilled or cooked in a frying pan.
  • Serve with butter rice and tomatoes.
    Finish.

Notes

・Originally, this dish is grilled on a skewer.
・I also fried marinated onions with it.
・You can eat it with regular white rice, but I prefer to eat it with butter rice. The acidity of the lemon is very strong.
・It would be best eaten with butter rice made with basmati, but it was also delicious with butter rice made with white rice.
