Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c bulgur
  • 1/2 c water / bulgur soaked / soak for 15 minutes
  • 2 tomato / dice
  • 1/2 onion / chopped
  • 50 g green onion / chopped
  • 200 g parsley / chopped
  • 14 g mint leaf / chopped
  • 5 g salt
  • 5 g pepper
  • 45 ml lemon juice
  • 90 ml olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Soak the bulgur in water for 15 minutes. Drain water if necessary.
  • Mix everything.
    Finish
