Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 15 g garlic
  • 300 g chicken thigh / cut favorite size
  • 1 onion / slice

  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 80 ml vinegar
  • 120 ml soy sauce
  • 180 ml water / depends on the size of pot
  • 1 laurel leaf
  • 1 star anise
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 boiled egg

Instructions
 

  • Stir fry garlic, chicken and onions.
  • Add sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, water, laurel leaf, star anise, pepper and egg. Mix. Cover when boiling. cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.
    Finish.
