A recipe from the restaurant where it originated, with some adjustments of mine.

Ingredients
  

No.1

  • 5 g garlic
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 soft boiled egg yolk

  • 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/8 c parmigiano reggiano / grated

  • 1 romaine lettuce

  • 1/8 c parmigiano reggiano / grated
  • Free garlic toast

Instructions
 

  • Put the garlic, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, lime juice and egg yolks in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Add olive oil while mixing. Mix well.
  • Add the Parmigiano Reggiano. Mix well.
  • Add lettuce. Mix well.
  • Put lettuce on a plate. Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano. Place the bread.
    Finish.

Notes

・I couldn’t get romain lettuce, so I used regular lettuce.
