Add lemon, chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cilantro, parsley, turmeric, salt and pepper to a bowl.Stir.Marinate overnight.
Add 35 ml of olive oil to the pan.Add the marinated chicken.Then add the onions, marinade, olives and 35 ml of olive oil.Add water, if necessary.
Cover.Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Open the lid.Replace the meat on top.Top with sliced lemon.Put the lid on again.Simmer for 30 minutes over low heat.Finish.
Notes
・I used a recipe from someone who holds cooking classes in Morocco.・If you don't have salted lemons, you can use regular lemons or lemon juice for the ambiance.・Add more water if you're worried about burning.
