The origin of potatoes is around Lake Titicaca in Latin America, which is the same as Argentina.
In 1629, there is a record that indigenous peoples from Argentina and Chile “sent fries and stew potatoes.”

Recipe of Revuelto de Gramajo
- 15 g butter
- 1/2 onion / chopped
- 50 g ham
- 120 g cooked French fries(chips)
- 3 egg / mix well
- Free salt
- Free pepper
- Fry the onions and ham with butter.
- Add French fries. Mix.
- Add eggs, salt and pepper. Mix. Fry until you like it.Finish.
